Welcome to my blog… This is the first of many posts reviewing Children activities London.
I’ve got a bit of catching up to do so I’ll probably make a number of posts over the next few days and then reduce that to one or two a week.
LONDON ZOO
Our group included some animal obsessives who had been looking forward to this trip for some time. They weren’t to be disappointed as it’s still, in my opinion, one of the best zoos (excluding safari parks) in the UK. I’m no expert on animals but The many kinds of monkeys seemed to be a favourite for the girls especially. For the boys it comes as no suprise that the big cats were their top picks. Then we have the usual elephants, giraffes which are all firm crowd pleasers! From an adults perspective I enjoyed the birds and butterflies which were in a multitude of colours.
Children Activities in London
Conclusion, It’s money well spent and can easily take up a whole day. Unfortunately, like many venues that have a captive audience you’ll get fleeced with very expensive food once you’re there. My advice is take lunch / snacks with you, and you’ll save a fortune.
In all though I like London Zoo a great deal, and I shall definitely be returning with another group in the future
